MEDWAY (MA) – A monster game by Leslie Busch powered the Jersey Justice past the New England Intensity in opening round IWFL playoff play. Busch scored caught three touchdowns in the 30-7 road win for the Justice.

CARTERET (NJ) – The Jersey Justice defeated the Southern Maine Rebels 28-8, Saturday night in Independent Women’s Football League action. After using a staggering air assault in the first victory, the Justice leaned heavily on their ground attack in completing the season sweep.

CARTERET (NJ) – In front of an appreciating crowd, the Jersey Justice kicked off the era of professional football played by women in Carteret. The opponent, the Carolina Queens, entered the game undefeated, outscoring their opponents 125-0 in their two wins. The Justice matched the Queens play for play before falling 28-20 in an exciting game.

CARTERET (NJ) – On this cold night at Walter Overholt Memorial Stadium, the Jersey Justice prepare for the first home game in team history. Curiosity forced me to get a look at the team in action before the game Saturday night, so I decided to take in a practice.

CARTERET (NJ) – Saturday, the Jersey Justice took the field for the first time in Erie, Pennsylvania in their opening game as members of the Independent Women’s Football League (IWFL). The Justice based in Carteret call the high school field home, and are eager for their home opener in two weeks. A few days before their 8-6 season-opening victory over the Erie Illusion, Justice Head Coach Gene Basile answered a few questions for PlainfieldSportsNews.com.

Austin TX -The Independent Women's Football League is pleased to announce that Leslie Busch, representing the Jersey Justice, has been awarded a full membership license and will join the league’s roster of teams for the 2009 season. The Jersey Justice is a new team organized to provide women in New Jersey the opportunity to play tackle football at the national level.
“The Justice is a great new team. They have a strong staff in place and are ready to build a high quality organization that will undoubtedly create success on the field and off,” stated Laurie Frederick, IWFL Chief Executive Officer.
The Justice inaugural season will feature exciting competitions against veteran teams like the Erie Illusion, Central PA Vipers, and Southern Maine Rebels.
“We are extremely excited to have been accepted for the 2009 season. The IWFL is a very competitive league and we look forward to having the opportunity to work with, and compete against such top-level teams,” Stated Leslie Busch, Jersey Justice team Delegate.
